Why I Choose Brazil

WHY I JUDGE BRAZIL www.seeyouinbrazil.com

Brazil is very unique in so many different ways. First, I would have to mention that Brazil is by far the biggest melting pot. That is, there is no other place on earth that offers even close to the diversity of races. Every possible shade of pigmentation is represented many thousands of times. However the diversity does not stop there; it is complemented by a very rich cultural mix of traditions. When I think of Brazil, I think of Samba and Carnival and all the elegant costumes that go along with that. I think of a country teeming with sports talent and history. Aside from Brazil having won more world cups than any other country, they have dominated volleyball for the last 10 years or so. They are also good in basketball, ping-pong, car racing, and much more.

And of course I would be a fool not to mention the many varieties of food they offer. We’ll start with the fruit; if you go to a big juice bar in most medium to large cities in Brazil, you will be floored by the number and varieties of different fruit juices they have. They are most all delicious, but in season, they can be unbelievably delicious (ask for choices of fruits that are in season). They have fabulous all you can eat meat restaurants. Even if you don’t like there delicious cuts of steak, usually one or more of the many other meats will tickle your fancy. If you bring a vegetarian friend or relative, they will find plenty of vegetarian options.

Brazil has a diverse range of climates. Some places in the south do have four seasons, while other places from central to north have one or two seasons—warm and hot. Brazil has beaches, rainforests, mountains, jungles, rivers, lakes, etc. I can’t think of very many things that I cant do in Brazil. And there are many new things that I am discovering all the time that I have never heard of in America. Capoeira is a type of dance that almost looks like someone combined choreographed dancing with Karate. Bruce Lee meets Fred Astaire, if you will.

There is also a huge range of religion. There is an exciting protestant movement going on now, with many new members joining every day. There is the traditional Catholic Church with its gorgeous gold in the architecture 400-year-old churches. Plus there are dozens of different religions involving more philosophical and meditation approaches. I honestly can’t imagine that there could exist another place that could beat Brazil for just sheer diversity of everything. But what is more, the people are just enormously friendly and, for the most, part curious to know more about foreigners. Let us help you find a perfect destination in Brazil for you unique vacation. www.seeyouinbrazil.com BY DAVID QUINN

Danny Kirwan Second Chapter Rock Music CD Review

Backer Chapter is the latest release from Rock Star Danny Kirwan, and is another prizewinner from this talented musician.

I wish it weren’t the case but, it’s not everyday that I get a CD from an artist that I can just pop in and comfortably listen to from beginning to end. There is usually a song or two that I just can’t force myself to get through. Not at all the case with Second Chapter. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from start to finish.

Second Chapter is a nicely varied, mix of 12 tracks that are very well written songs by this clearly gifted artist. With many of the songs displaying a lot of the kind emotion that makes for a really great listen. Seemingly drawing from what I can only imagine are him own real life experiences. At different points touching on the most real emotions like love, and the pain of failed relationships can certainly be heard.

Overall Second Chapter is a solid release. Quite possibly Danny Kirwan’s best to date. Really sensational from beginning to end. If you’re even mildly into Rock music you’ll enjoy this CD.

While this entire CD is outstanding some of my favorites are track 2 - Odds And Ends, track 6 - Love Can Always Bring You Happiness, and track 9 - Falling In Love With You

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1 - Ram Jam City. This is a great track!

Second Chapter Release Notes:

Learn Digital Photography .. Some Advice on Purchasing Creative Compact Cameras

Originative compact cameras offer a cogent bit more operator dominance than typical compact digital cameras. Typically you will find that the lenses are bigger, heavier, and of higher optical quality. Also almost all ingenious compact cameras entertain the alternative of saving your images in KEEN composition, usually proprietary but sometimes in Adobe’s example DNG format.

The standard JPEG format is convenient for uploading images to the Web, sharing with friends, or getting prints. Unfortunately you will usually find that a lot of shadow and highlight detail that was captured by the sensor can be lost with a standard JPEG.

Using the RAW format, the photographer has the opportunity to bring out that shadow or highlight detail in images by using a graphics editing program (or letting a professional lab do it and make a really great print).

Don’t buy one of these cameras unless you are prepared to spend an evening reading the manual and learning the settings. Otherwise the results will be the same as if you had used a simpler compact camera.

Panasonic LX2 (28-110mm F2.8-4.9 image-stabilized Leica lens; good for wide angle). Canon G7. 35-210mm F2.8-4.8 lens; no RAW capability; very bad noise at high ISO Ricoh GR Digital. This has a fixed focal-length 28mm equivalent lens that will be superb for wide-angle scenic photos. It is not clear if this camera is going to be sold in the United States.

This product category seems to have gone out of favor and therefore there isn’t much to choose from. Camera companies are concentrating their energies on the “SLR-like” category (below) and SLR category

Jersey Boys Tickets- Bogart Takes over for Spencer

Find your Jersey Boys tickets at StubHub.com.

The Tony Award-winning musical Jersey Boys will be switching out the role of Nick Massi from J. Robert Spencer to Matt Bogart. Spencer leaves the role on September 14 and Jon Leone takes over the role until Bogart joins on September 30. Bogart will be added to the cast that features Michael Longoria playing Frankie Valli, Christian Hoff playing Tommy DeVito, Peter Gregus playing Bob Crewe and Sebastian Arcelus playing Bob Gaudio.

Bogart has been in theatre for some time. He spent his childhood on a farm in Dayton, Ohio, where he became adept at sports. In his teens, he got into theatre through a teacher, Gail Brandewie. He majored in musical theatre while attending the Baldwin-Wallace College Conservatory in Cleveland while also continuing to play football. From there, he went to the University of Cincinnati’s College Conservatory of Music to further his studies, but the movie meant giving up football. While there, he was in his fair share of big musicals like Two Gentlemen of Verona, Carousel and West Side Story.

While finishing college, Bogart has a chance to meet agents and casting directors for New York, which helped get his name out there. His Broadway credits include Aida, Miss Saigon, The Civil War and Smokey Joe’s Café. Other stage credits include Camelot, Damn Yankees, Zhivago, Himself and Nora and more. He has also been in the indie film Summer Nuts and on television in Law & Order. Bogart has such a strong voice that he released a solo album entitled Simple Song.

Jersey Boys tells the story of the musical journey of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons. The boys were all from, where else, New Jersey and climbed their way up from blue-collar obscurity to worldwide fame. The musical features many of the group’s most well-known songs like “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Oh, What a Night,” “Sherry” and “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You.” Other musicals about musical legends have failed, but there is something about Jersey Boys that keeps audiences coming back time after time. Jersey Boys tickets are some of the most popular out there, whether they are for the Broadway show or another production. Some of the original members of The Four Seasons worked with the musical, making its authenticity unmatched. The book was written by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, and Des McAnuff is the director.

Tips on how to store radio controlled cars

First things first! Why is it important to scrubbed and politely hold crystal set controlled cars? Do you remember the urge your matriarch always told you to cleanly yourself up, clean your room, extinguish the dishes, etc.? That is - to accumulate you absolutely confess as well as up and running.

The same is true with radio controlled cars. The following are effective and necessary tips to store and keep those vehicles in great shape.

Believe it or not, the fuels used in nitro trucks or cars as well as in radio-controlled cars contain lubricants. The lubricants in these cars actually serve to protect the engine. This is due to the fact that not all of it gets burned when the engine runs. This therefore results in a chassis that is coated with a lot of oil which made its exit from the car’s pipe.

The way to remove this as easily as possible is by using a cleaner: one example is Simple Green. However, it is best to first remove all and any radio equipment before cleaning; after which, plug the inlets onto the engine. Another option is by removing the engine itself.

The chassis should then be sprayed down lightly. Use a brush that has a firm bristle to knock away any grime. Once the chassis has been cleaned, use a towel to dry it. Then, re-install the removed components.

The majority of radio-controlled cars have an electric starter. The bearings in this starter should always be oiled and cleaned at least every week or two.

The starter should then be removed as carefully as possible. The use of a screwdriver is an effective way to keep the pressure on the mechanism as the starter is pulled off the plate’s back.

Spray the bearing with engine spray in order to clean it. Oil the bearing in order to keep it running smoothly. You will discover that once the engine and starter is reassembled, it will work almost as good as new.

Fuel should be stored in a place that is dry and - as much as possible - away from pets, children, or anyone else who could mistake the fuel as washer for the windshield.

All in all, when fuel is stored, it could absorb water vapor over a significant amount of time, especially if the container is not sealed perfectly. It is best to store bottles on a cardboard and not on the carpet directly or on cement. Sagittarius

Sagittarians (November 23 – December 21) have a positive outlook on person, are total of energy, versatility, risk and eagerness to experience the new and different. They enjoy traveling and exploration; they are hopeful and optimistic, even in the overawe of disappointment.. Their strongly idealistic natures can also suffer many disappointments without being sham. They are honorable, square-dealing, trustworthy, truthful, generous and sincere, with a passion for justice. They are usually on the side of the underdog in society they will warfare exchange for any cause they confidence in to be just, and are prepared to be rebellious. They balance resolution with independence.

Sagittarians are usually modest and are often religious, with a strong sense of morality, though they tend to overemphasize the ethical codes they follow and worship beliefs about God rather than God Himself. This means that, negatively, they regard rigid, unloving, intolerant adherence to ritual and conventional codes as more important than the truths they symbolize or embody. They sometimes pay lip service to religions and political parties in which they have ceased to believe because the outward forms satisfy them, yet they may not hesitate to switch allegiance in politics or change their system of belief if they see personal advantage to themselves in doing so.

Sagittarius is the Archer and many war heroes were born under this sign. There are also many artists and entertainers born under this sign, such as Beethoven, Toulouse-Lautrec and Georges Seurat. Winston Churchill, baseball legend Ty Cobb and publishing tycoon William Randolph Hearst were all born under the sign of Sagittarius.

In relationships, Sagittarians are reliable and will almost never betray their partners. They are generous and forgiving, although they are prone to temper and outbursts. Professionally, they make excellent teachers and philosophers. Before the invention of the automobile, they were said to be excellent with horses. This would make some sense, as the symbol for Sagittarius is a centaur, half man and half horse. John Ugoshowa. Tennis Masters Cup - Frenchman Simon beat Federer surprisingly at Shanghai

The French of 23-years old Gilles Simon upset the No.2 of the world Roger Federer in the at the outset regatta of the Tennis Masters Cup in Shanghai by beating him 4-6, 6-4, 6-3. This is Simon’s first time at the year-end meet and this quelling surprised each, not only by the disintegrate he played against Federer but by proving Harry he didn’t came to Shanghai to just participate, he is competing for the title.

Gilles Simon was called to the tournament after the No. 1 Rafael Nadal announced he will withdraw the tournament due to injury and fatigue.

The 13-time Grand Slam champion, Roger Federer had an injury on his back and withdrew a couple weeks ago at the Paris Masters to rest and prepare for this final tournament. However his lack of serve in this match against Simon and his interminable errors, gave the French an easy way to achieve the victory. Federer had 50 unforced errors compared to 38 from Simon, and the Swiss serve was more slow than usual, that gave the Frenchman an advantage in the game.

Although, at the beginning of the match, the Swiss seemed comfortable and ready to play as he defeated the Frenchman 6-4 in the first set and was winning 3-2 in the second set. Nevertheless Simon got back on track by breaking some points and minimizing his errors and at the end, the French played almost perfectly in the last two sets and Federer finished with fatal errors.

The Swiss expressed that his serve was not meaningful due to his injury and that he didn’t have enough practice, besides he admitted that the Frenchman played in an amazing way.

“Definitely today I missed shots I normally don’t miss. I think that’s just lack of practice. I didn’t serve full-blast, especially from the start. I don’t know if that cost me the match. Besides the better you play, the better he plays, he’s quite an unusual player and he makes you work hard and runs very well,â€? said the defending champion world Federer.

This is the 14th loss of Federer this season and the second against the Frenchman, who also beat him at the Toronto Masters in a great way. This season hasn’t been the greatest for the Swiss as he lost his consecutive winning strike at Wimbledon and his four and half year reign as the No.1 of the world.

Nevertheless, it has to be mentioned that Federer has fought through all that adversity; he recovered his game by winning the U.S Open and the doubles gold medal at Beijing Olympics, gaining back his credibility as a great tennis player. Besides, this is not the final match for Federer on the tournament as he has yet to play against Murray and Roddick and seek for chance to classify for the semifinals on Saturday.

Last year the same situation happened to Federer, who lost the first game against Fernando Gonzalez, but then the Swiss got all the way to the final playing in great way, grasping the Tennis Masters Cup title for the 4th time in his professional career.

Everyone that admires this talented player hope for the Swiss to have the same luck than last year and to end the season in an amazing way. On the other hand, there are some other tennis fans that would like to see some other player winning the tournament. We’ll witness if the history changes or not at the end of this week.

I am very confident and joyous to announce that I imagine Godsmack fans, and Rock fans alike will be pleased with this one. With the release of Awake their artistic superiority is on full display as they have once again delivered a talented gathering of tracks that could unquestionably well be their best work to date.

Britney Spears Is A Victim Of Hollywood

As many have already stated Britney Spears did not prepare an easy childhood. By Eleven she was already working on boob tube and by sixteen she was topping the charts with her hits like ?Upon Me Baby One More Time?, unfortunetly at no point did anyone come to a stop to think if this was doing life long invoice to Britney. Now Twenty-six Britney has clearly lost her mind and the people throughout her are scrambling to outline out if anything could have been done to eat prevented this spiraling collapse which has seen Britney go from America?s most flame pop Princess to a troubled 20?s something. Britney has provided us years of entertainment nevertheless dialect mayhap we all share some of the responsiblity for what Britney has become.

Unquestionable however is the notion of Lynn Spears being a bad mother. Lynn Spears was famously mocked up Mad tv years ago in a infamous music video parodying one of Britney?s many perfomences. The video highlighted the fact that Britney was really just selling herself, mind, body, and soul, while her mother sat back profiting. It should be noted that Lynn Spears is still living off Britney?s money. Her Mansion is still paid for off her Eldest daughters earnings, not to mention Britneys older brother has been characterized as a sheep whom constantly agrees with almost everything Britney has done to gain her favor and her money(It was only a few years ago that she bought him a NY home). The spiraling decent has been caused by, the Media, Her mother and many others involved in exploiting Brtiney.

the Only person whom is really innocent in this matter is Britneys father Jamie Spears. Jamie has tried many times over the years to help his daughter as reported by numerous sources. He has tried to take an active roll in her life but was rebuked because he would never allow the things that Lynn Spears allowed. Lynn Spears is the same person that sold the rights to Publish pictures of her youngest Daughters uborn baby in a future issue of a gossip magazine. Lynn is ruthless when it comes to making a profit and see?s her kids as walking ATM machines. There is some good news in all this madness. This past week Jamie Spears (Britneys Father) gained temporary control over the Pop princesses assets and supposedly medical related decisions as well(even though it was reported that the Medical portion wasn?t requested). Her father is now able to prevent Spears from squandering what is left of her fortune and also allows him to keep her in Mental and Rehabilitation facilities until he feels she is capable of re-entering public. Britney is supposedly still under 72 hour lock down which can and will be extended by her Doctors if it is neccasary to do so. This ruling only covers Jamie and not Lynn meaning he?s now calling the shots while she has to watch from the sidelines.
